There was a great deal of information provided about what are the responsibilities of the trustee. What to do first and what not to do. Probate was discussed, estate death tax, medicaid estate estate tax as well as how to protect your and your family's assets from probate, the estate "death" tax, financial creditors and predators.
  This workshop was very educational and I was very pleased with the amount of information provided. I would highly recommend attending this educational estate planning workshop.

He and his associate, Robert Kuhn, really do want to help you protect what you have for the people you love the most. I recently had a trust done by the same law firm that drew up my mom's one and done estate plan and when she went into a nursing home ,her house was not protected. It was NOT an elder care law atty..I redid everything with Patrick and Robert. It was a lot cheaper with the other guy but in the end it would have cost me dearly ! The office staff is great too!!
