Patrick Kelleher

Owner and Founder

Patrick Kelleher

As the owner of Elder Law Care, Patrick has a personal mission he aims to fulfill every day: To educate seniors on how to slay the metaphorical four-headed monster of estate planning & elder law.

Because Patrick has been there, he knows.

His dad died in a nursing home.

He experienced firsthand the turmoil families go through if they aren’t prepared. And he has taken it upon himself to ensure other families don’t go through what his family suffered.

One of Patrick’s last memories of his dad was in the nursing home, his dad’s eyes full of tears and worry about losing the family home. That moment fueled Patrick’s mission.

Patrick serves every single client as if they are family, and bringing them peace of mind is his ultimate goal. But just helping families with the basics of asset protection wasn’t enough.

He knew he could do more. Thus, the “Three Step Treasure Chest Process” was created. Through this process, Patrick has fine-tuned estate planning, making it smoother and more efficient for his clients.

When it comes to educating, Patrick has a BIG goal: Not just to help his local community, but to help millions of seniors worldwide by educating them on how they can protect what they love the most.

Already he has been able to help families all over the U.S. through his educational YouTube channel (check it out here).

Patrick is much more than the owner of Elder Law Care, though.

He is very much a family man.

You can find him with his wife and kids when he’s not in the office. One of his favorite things to do with his family? Cooking healthy meals together (you can call him a health nut).
