Carole Kurtzke

Carole is an integral part of our team, as our paralegal.

Having been a paralegal for almost 40 years and in Elder Law for almost 30 years, you know you’re in good hands when Carole is helping you. Between client meetings, drafting documents, and probate pleadings, Carole is able to manage everything (and everyone) with great care and attention.

One of her favorite client stories is when she had to negotiate with a nursing home to stop an eviction because a client’s nephew slipped him a beer through the nursing home window at 9:30 pm!

If there is one thing Carole wishes she could fix within the industry of Elder Law, it’s stronger laws for the older population. She has a big heart for the elderly and wants them protected.

In her downtime, you can find Carole playing her cello, being with her family, which includes grandchildren, a german shepherd, and chickens.
